Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and develop innovative digital services
• Participate in product optimization, enhancement and maintenance
• Work closely with IT and other business units for projects
• Develop detailed project plans and manage projects under tight timelines

Requirements：

• Degree holder or above with major in IT, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience with Internet product design, experience gained from Internet or mobile payment company and non-financial institution is also fine
• Innovative thinking, good at designing products that change the ecology of the industry
• Familiar with digital service, consumer finance, payment services with practical experience
• Familiar with banking systems
• Sound knowledge in the regulatory requirements in banking is a plus
• Excellent communication skill and teamwork
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight timelines
• Proactive, strong analytical mind, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skill
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
