A Hong Kong Public Listed Group is seeking for the following position:-

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accounting reports and consolidated accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis for management reporting & analysis purpose
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tax computations and tax returns
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal advisors and tax advisors for compliance with accounting and tax matters
• Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars and other ad-hoc / special assignments
• Assist in handling company secretarial work for the listed company and its group companies
• Assist in organising board and shareholders’ meeting and drafting minutes

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant or Semi-finalist of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in Audit or Accounting field in Hong Kong Listed Companies or Sizeable Corporation or Sizeable Audit Firm
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player, well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
