Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst position aims to design, develop and maintain a strategic Business and Intelligence platform to provide:
- Traveller’s insight & forecast flows to help on the overall Business forecast.
- In depth Airport potential analysis.
- Market and financial analysis to develop Cartier Business in Travel retail.

Managing one headcount, they will also be in charge:
- To standardise the overall Cartier performance in travel retail by channels, network and markets in line with Paris.
- Have regular contact with the markets to oversee the performance and provide information.

MAIN SCOPE:
Strategic Travel Retail Business & Insight platform
- Development of reports and strategic analysis as needed for overall strategic orientations
- Support Ex-Co for the annual strategy plan presentation and close work with Finance Department for all the budget process
- Help defining international commercial guidelines and framework to guide markets in their TR development
- Develop strategic insight to further help on the strategic direction B development

Standard reporting / consolidate TRA Cartier performance
- Develop / deliver monthly and yearly reports needed for the management
- Responsible for internal sales follow-up and consolidation with markets
- Coordinate with TR APAC and HQ

Oversees market trends and competitors’ activities through regular market research
- Issue regular market trend report
- Liaise with Pricing analyst

Additional responsibilities
- Help on Corporate presentation in coordination with Exco
- Support major strategic documents
- Management of one headcount Year One

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with strong record of academics
- 3-5 years of experience preferred, in business analytics, consulting or financial analysis
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strategic and curious mind
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas, both written and oral, to internal audiences across levels of seniority
- Self-motivator
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a must
- Chinese as a plus
- French as a plus
