Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
• Holder of Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or N2
• 3-4 years solid secretarial experience in Japanese companies
• Experience in serving Japanese executives is highly preferred
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Japanese WP
• Detail-minded, energetic, pleasant with good interpersonal skills
• Good communication of English, Japanese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist Associate Director on general secretarial and administration support
• Maintain daily schedules and arrange appointments & business meetings
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, minutes and monthly reports
• Perform document translation duties from Japanese to English or vice versa
• Responsible for travel arrangement and undertaking ad hoc assignments
