（一）工作职责:

1. 负责集团企业法律合规事务管理；
2. 起草、审查中英文合同以及其他法律文件；
3. 参与项目谈判、交易架构设计、提供法律意见、协调外部律师；
4. 处理或协助处理公司以及下属公司的有关法律纠纷或案件；
5. 为公司日常经营管理提供法律、合规意见；
6. 跟踪研究有关法律法规、国际公约、政策的制定和变化；
7. 日常统计、分析和报告工作；
8. 协助部门总经理开展部门管理及其他工作；
9. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

（二）任职要求:

1. 大学本科及以上学历，法学专业，兼具中国法以及普通法（或香港法）教育背景者优先，法律基本功扎实；
2. 具备中国或普通法国家(或地区)司法职业资格或律师资格；
3. 具有跨国公司、涉外企业或知名律师事务所8年以上相关法律事务工作经验；
4. 良好的沟通、协调能力，具备团队管理工作经历；
5. 良好的普通话及英语口头表达和书写能力；
6. 认真负责、诚实守信、勤奋好学，具有独立工作能力兼具高度的团队合作精神；
7. 具有航运企业从业经历或航运法律专业知识背景者优先；
8. 香港居民优先考虑。

（一）Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for the management of group company related legal and compliance affairs.
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents in English or in Chinese.
• Participate in project negotiation, transaction structure design, legal advices providing and lawyer coordination.
• Handle or coordinate the handling of litigation, arbitration or other legal claims for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Provide legal and compliance advices on the company’s regular business and management.
• Track research on relevant laws & regulations, international conventions and policies.
• Conduct daily statistics, analyses and reports.
• Assist department general manager to conduct team management and other work related.
• Other duties as assigned.

（二）Job Requirements：

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in law with solid legal skills, combined Chinese law and common law (or Hong Kong law) education background preferred.
• Professional knowledge in shipping and maritime law or with working experience in shipping company will be an advantage.
• Pass bar exam of PRC or possess other common law jurisdiction qualification.
• More than 8 years legal related working experience in reputable law firm, MNC or relevant industry.
• With excellent communication skills and team management experience.
• Excellent command of both written and oral Chinese (Mandarin)and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, capability of learning, independent working and smooth cooperation.
• Hong Kong residents are preferred.
