One of our clients, an insurance company is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.

Job duties:

• Business analyst role to support Front-end Cloud migration initiative, work with Stakeholders and IT Development Teams to build system solution fulfilling business needs.
• Assist on delivery of IT Solutions / Process revamp to support various business initiatives
• Liaise with Stakeholders to review, analyse, and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Conduct needs analysis, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic, business processes and workflows as necessary
• Create and updates system documentation
• Manage internal stakeholders to drives SIT / UAT
• Document requirements, evaluate scenarios, and execute changes needed to respond to requirements
• Identify test scenarios, develops test scripts, and creates expected results for use in test cycles
• Analyse test outcomes to ensure proper management and remediation of identified defects
• Co-ordinate IT supports on corporate-wise cross functions IT projects.
• Keep track on the key IT milestone delivered as per project schedule.

Job requirements:

• University / College graduate in Information Technology
• At least 7 years working experience in Business Analysis with minimum 3 years working experience in Insurance Project
• Insurance Underwriting business knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, and work with cross-function teams
• Able to deliver results in short timeframe and adaptable to changes
• Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
