Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate the best strategies to the business development of the sales team
• Manage sales operations teams in each market, to improve the sales metrics tracking and forecasting
• Refine and improve marketing metrics, with a focus on tracking ROI and impact from projects
• Lead the development and execution of different business-to-business networking platform
• Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and develop new business for each key opportunity

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Management or related disciplines
• 8 years of sales experience with strong track record, and preferable in migration services or consulting services
• Exposure to different level of business engagement
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
