Our client is a professional services provider, they have innovative and digital platforms to run their business.  They have a structured expansion plan, hence they are looking for a Senior Officer/Assistant Manager to sit for the team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for private clients
• Incorporation of new companies
• Perform e-filings and certify electronic documents
• Perform KYC
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met

Requirements

• 5+years of company secretarial experience in professional services firms
• Associate member of HKICS/ICSA
• Excellent organizational skills, attend to details and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin is preferred
