Responsibilities:

• Retrieve data on a regular basis and perform in-depth analysis to find out existing problems to support management ’s decision-making

• Assist to develop strategic plans through data analysis and ensure it aligns with company ’s business goal

• Support the strategic planning process to ensure that it is timely, highlights existing business issues

• Assist to transfer strategic plans into actionable and quantitative plans

• Prepare analysis reports regularly on inventory status, booking progress, and review of frontline sales performance, etc. in order to propose ideas / solutions for improvements

• Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by Management

• Assist in budgeting control and perform related analysis

• Ensure seamless service delivery by promptly interfacing with frontline sales and various internal departments.

• Continuous effort to streamline and improve the process flow

• Customer Information creation / maintenance in system

Requirements:

• A university degree in Business, preferably in Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines

• 0-3 years relevant experience in solid skills in market data analysis or related activities.

• Strong business sense to comprehend business issues and needs

• Good inter-personal skills, proactive working attitude, attention to details and team spirit

• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Power Point, Microsoft Excel to conduct data sorting and calculation tasks

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
