About Media Operations
Nielsen’s Media Operations team is responsible for the audience measurement – the media consumption among the consumers and the general public across different platforms and devices. The Panel team recruits and maintains a representative sample, actively engages each panel member to enable robust and accurate data collection. The Quality team regularly analyses the collected data to understand the overall trend and media consumption behavioral change in order to identify any potential issue from the data collection. The Quality team is also responsible for planning and executing either preventive or corrective follow up actions and carrying out data final check prior to the delivery to clients. The process concludes with the Production team which ensures the data is properly processed upon the Nielsen standards agreed with clients and the industry.
About The Role
- Field Execution Specialist is responsible for driving and maintaining the health of our household panel which media consumption was measured.
- This is one of the important role in the operation process which ensures quality panel members are recruited and maintained and contribute to the high data quality and accurate research output delivered.
- Throughout the day-to-day jobs associate will be equipped with solid knowledge of scientific research design, planning and execution.
- Sharpened interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving skill.
- Trained to plan and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervision of recruitment and engage with panel members
- Respond to and follow up panel member inquiries
- Contribute to the panel compliance and stability in order to achieve high data quality
- Update and maintain an up-to-date database of panel members and generate timely panel statistics and reports
- Regularly consolidate and review KPIs to ensure high operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support business growth

You are highly motivated with good communication and people management skills, a strong listener, empathetic, respectful and professional when dealing with panel members.
Qualifications
- Degree holder or above
- 1-2 years of working experience in the market research
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective at communicating with external and internal departments
- Solid problem-solving skills, able to perform in-depth root cause analysis and drive towards appropriate long term resolutions
- Strong numeric sense and detail-minded
- Self-motivated, can work independently but also a good team player
- PC skills (esp. MS -Excel) preferably with programming knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese/Mandarin
Working hours
- 5 days work, shift duty is required ( Mon to Sat)
- The fieldwork is conducted from Monday to Saturday, To support it, while having 5 days' work a week, shift duty is required from Monday to Saturday with the one-day off negotiable.
- No regular shift work on Sunday.
