Job Description:

• Hong Kong based role;
• Client side – residential, commercial and mixed-use project;
• Large scale development;
• This is a role at client side as a Design Project Manager / Design Architect to lead and deliver the detailed design in architecture, fit-out and landscape project in China and Hong Kong. Based in Hong Kong, you will be the key interface between the developer and the consultants and in-house design team to deliver this project on time, under budget and to the highest quality;
• Reporting to Director of Project Management Department and liaise with the in-house LDI and out-sourced consultants;
• Coordinate the design programmer, design and progress schedules with the Design Delivery Team;
• Comment, enhance, review and approve all design related matters;
• Ensure design briefs and functional requirements are met during the design, construction and renovation and fit-out period;
• Manage communication between stakeholders to ensure progress is met in line with brief;
• Perform contract administration and site supervision (if necessary);
• Liaise with relevant parties on statutory submissions, approvals and inspections;
• Coordinates and oversee consultants' technical review on Contractors' submissions, including material/sample submissions, method statements, shop drawings, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Degree or above in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years of practical working experience in design architectural firm and real estate developer;
• Competent in architectural design, design management, as well as the management of internal and external consultants and contractors;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin language skills with an ability to master communication across multiple stakeholders of the project;
• Candidates available at short notice will be highly preferred;
