We, SIIC Estate Company Limited, are an established property management and holding company and have diversified property portfolio in Hong Kong.  We are currently seeking a suitable person to join our Property Management Department.

PROPERTY OFFICER // ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Act as the site in-charge and will be responsible for providing estate management services, handling tenants' complaints and enquiries, monitoring daily property operation including repairing and maintenance of common areas, supervision of security, cleaning, landscape and other related duties for the group owned properties.

Requirements:

l  Diploma or above holder in Property Management / Housing Management / Facility Management or other relevant disciplines;

l  More experiences and/ or higher qualifications can be considered as assistant manager;

l  Not less than 5 years solid supervision experience in property management

l  With any qualification or experience in electrical and machinery engineering be most preferred;

l  Can be able to handle English and Chinese correspondence;

l  Independent,positive attitude and good team player

l  Good interpersonal and communication skills;

l  Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
