Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising a team of supporting staff to provide quality cleaning and security services at headquarter, include but not limited to participating in cleaners and security guards recruitment procedures, training arrangement, roster planning and job supervision
• Provide corporate administrative support, including supplies handling, equipment and facilities maintenance and staff meal services
• Coordinate and liaise with services providers to ensure quality and effective service delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 5 years' administration experience in sizable organizations
• Solid experience in property and facility management with at least 2 years at supervisory level is an advantage
• Able to lead and coach a team of subordinates
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese ,with good PC skills
• Reliable, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skill 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
