Responsibilities

• Act as the site in-charge and take full responsibilities for the management of the assigned shopping arcade
• Supervise a team and oversee the daily operation e.g. dealing with tenants, communicate with head office, etc.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent
• Holder of relevant professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) is preferable
• Minimum 8 years working experience in managing shopping arcade, commercial buildings and or residential, of which 5 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in the takeover and management of large scale shopping arcade
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Manager
