Responsibilities:

• Monitor the day-to-day operation for property management, security services, patrol and cleaning service.
• Handling tenants' enquires, complaints and emergency matters.
• Supervise a team of staff to proceed with property management matters
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Form 3 or above, able to read and speak English
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in luxury residential in which at least 2 years' in supervisory level
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Work independently and good interpersonal skill
• Possess valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) with QAS certificate 
• Working location : Repulse Bay
• Working hours : 08:00 to 20:00
• 6-day work week, 10 days annual leave, medical allowance, overtime allowance and discretionary bonus
• Immediate available is preferred
