Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing & tenancy administration independently, maintain good tenant relations and liaise with operations on tenant projects
• Negotiate with tenants and property agents
• Responsible for handover & takeover of premises
• Liaise with interior designers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of premises for completion of renovation/ upgrade/ other premises work
• Conduct marketing research and advise on market trend 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in in any disciplines, oversea education background will be shortlisted
• 2 years’ working experience, preferable in property sector,  LESS EXPERIENCED WILL BE CONSIDERED AS LEASING OFFICER TRAINEE
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing and have good connections with property agencies
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and capable of working under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel) & Chinese word processing
