Job Description

l. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:-

  1. Responsible for monitoring, improving, organizing for building strategic relationship with our supplier partners, sales agency partners and clients
  2. Responsible for the sales target, collection, profit margin and market share under your scope.
  3. Responsible for coordinating sales inquiry, sales presentation and contract closure and client payment arrangement
  4. Responsible for providing excellent sales and technical support to the market assigned to you
  5. Prepare product documentation and market information based on desktop research and market competitive analysis to understand the market surrounding area of average transaction price, including but not limited to price per square foot and sales promotion plan
  6. Raise the awareness and familiarization of our company and products by organizing or participating in effective seminars, workshops, road show, talk or exhibitions.
  7. Coordinate customer after sales support such as customer complaint handling and administration assistance support as and when needed

 

 ll. COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:- 

  1. Possess university degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years working experience as field sales personnel with business development responsibilities and not less than 1-2 years in sales property consultant level in similar industry.
  3. Open to no direct experience candidate, but must possess business maturity and willing to learn attitude in new and aggressive startup company environment
  4. Must be result oriented, aggressive and self-motivated and with proven track records of sales and strong project coordination.
  5. Must have strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all level.
  6. Strong relationship network with indirect customers such as vendors, developers, consultants, contractors and others.
  7. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software usage
