Job Description

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of a clubhouse
• Management and operation of a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards and efficient housekeeping.
• Establish good relationship with residents and handle their complaints and requests
• Recommend and implement actions for the improvement of clubhouse management
• Provide assistance to the clubhouse and property management in daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management 

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 years customer services experience, preferable in facility management/ managing clubhouse/ hotel management.
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Outgoing, service oriented and good communication skill
• Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
