- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of a clubhouse
- Management and operation of a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards and efficient housekeeping.
- Establish good relationship with residents and handle their complaints and requests
- Recommend and implement actions for the improvement of clubhouse management
- Provide assistance to the clubhouse and property management in daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 years customer services experience, preferable in facility management/ managing clubhouse/ hotel management.
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Outgoing, service oriented and good communication skill
- Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
