Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
- As least 5 years relevant working experience in portfolio property management, with 3 years solid experience at supervisor level
- Experience in dealing with IO and / or OC is preferred
- Knowledge in Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance and other ordinances related to building management
- Holder of property management related professional qualification (HKIH, CIH, RPHM etc.) will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
