Job Description
The Job
- Client: A renowned Property Developer in Myanmar
- Position: Assistant Property Director (Retail + Residential)
- Responsibilities: Reporting directly to top management and responsible for leading the project team to manage a portfolio of retail+residential properties in Myanmar. Coordinate with marketing department on mall events and functions. Prepare budget planning, forecast, and reportings. Provide advice on property enhancements.
- $60-80K. Accommodation / Housing allowance. Bonus. Medical. Flight Tickets.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Property related disciplines
- Min 10 years experience in property management for retail / residential properties of which 3 years or above at managerial level
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Willing to station.
