Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage different teams within the residential portfolio of the developer including concierge services, property management, handover, facility management, etc.
- Formulate facility management strategies and implement action plans for enhancing facility management services for both residential portfolios
- Manage the overall operational performance of the facility management consultants
- Develop initiatives to enhance the quality of services as well as the overall service value to residents and tenants
- Liaise and coordinate with the relevant departments and parties to provide the best-practice solutions in relation to property management services from pre-handover and post-handover stages
- Liaise and collaborate with the relevant government departments, officials and property management companies, etc. to ensure the compliance with the latest statutory regulations and requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with 8 years at managerial level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have residential handover stage experience
- Strong leadership skills and able to establish rapport with all levels of people
- Experience of managing both residential, office and commercial assets is preferable
