Our client is one of the top tier Real Estate developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking experienced leasing experts to support their prime shopping mall portfolios in China.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in Mainland China

·         Liaison with different stakeholders incl. international brands, local estate agents

·         Participate in pre-launch planning

·         Develop new leasing strategies & conduct marketing research

·         Station in Hong Kong but will travel to various PRC cities

Requirements:

·         Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines

·         At least 8 years of experience in property leasing, 5 of which at supervisory level.

·         Proven Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC is preferred

·         Exposure to high-end malls or luxury brands is definitely an advantage

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is a must
