Due to the upcoming completion of the premium portfolio & business expansion, our client is looking for Leasing Manager to manage their premium portfolio in Hong Kong. 

Responsibility

Currently they are looking for Leasing Manager to develop and execute the full-spectrum leasing strategy, to support group in achieving the strategic planning to build a vibrant Innovative practice that delivers social and economic benefit to the group.

You will be responsible for development & execution of leasing strategies, including budgeting, rental forecast, lease negotiation and documentation arrangement with inter-departmental collaboration for developing and building business relationship with potential tenants for the group from leasing perspective.

Besides, you have to opportunity to advise senior management of your full-spectrum leasing strategy from pricing, leasing structure space allocation etc. In addition, you will have a great opportunity to further develop your leasing portfolio with one-of-a-kind completed projects in Hong Kong. 

Ideally you will possess the following; 

• Degree in Business Adminstration, Surveying, Real Estate, Engineering related background;
• At least 8 years working experiences in leasing and/or property management, prefer working in a sizable corporate or property developers;
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of property market trends and establishment of solid relationships with tenants from commercial, retail, international brands / networks with property agency;
• Broad vision of various ideas, code of practice, procedures, relevant legal terms to support of professional decision to plan and achieve goals;
• Experience in managing large-scaled commercial, retail, mixed-use portfolio in Hong Kong;
• Passionate, creative, customer-oriented, team player and excellent networking and inter-personal skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Less experienced applicant will be considered as Deputy Leasing Manager;
