Job Description
Our client is a well-known developer in Hong Kong -
Responsibilities:
- Review & establish policies and guidelines on planning, technical operations as directed from corporate management
- Offer advice on technical support
- Conduct condition surveys and technical trainings
- Enhance sustainability of workplace environment
- Handle administration work (including but not limited to: tender documents, contracts, procurement invoices)
Requirements:
- Recognized degree in Surveying or related disciplines
- Must be chartered professionals (HKIS/ RICS)
- 6 years’ experience in hands-on maintenance and property management, including 3 years at supervisory level
- Knowledge / work experience / qualification related to BIM/ smart facilities/ sustainability/ BEAM Pro/ LEED/ WELL is essential
- Well-versed in statutory requirements / ordinance on maintenance and local buildings
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must, and also Chinese
