Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for elderly services development through active volunteer engagement
• Organize and execute volunteer trainings, workshop and outreach activities
• Plan, implement and monitor budget & operation plan of the year
• Prepare reports, trend analysis and provide recommendation for services development

Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker preferred
• Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above in Social Work
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory level with solid experience in social and elderly services and NGO setting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Resourceful, committed and teamwork
• Have passion to serve elderly
• Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Officer
