Roles and Responsibilities: 

Reporting to Secretary-General, the Operation Manager will implement the operational duties and support ad hoc projects for the Foundation and the family office. These include the website revamp and content maintenance work, to develop and manage effective communication channels like publications, digital and social media platform, to create compelling content to articulate the Foundation's grant-making strategy and the impact it has on the beneficiaries.  

S/he will be required to organise a diverse range of Foundation activities including project visits, luncheons, ceremonies, meetings and workshops, etc. S/he will also be required to organize the philanthropic activities for the family office. Occasional travel may be required.  

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in business administration, journalism, social sciences or related subject with at least 5 years’ relevant work experiences
• Hands-on experiences in project management, event management, stakeholders engagement
• Proven language proficiency in English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong writing skills in Chinese and English
• Proficiency in social media tools and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Connection with media would be an advantage
• Ability to work in a small team and family office
• Mature, able to work independently and cope with changes
• Strong interest in philanthropy sector
• Possess positive and professional attitude, flexibility and “can-do” attitude
• Be comfortable to work and speak with all walks of life
