Duties:

• to provide administrative and clerical support to Officers of the Driving Services Section of Transport Department;
• to perform English and Chinese word processing duties and use of other computer applications;
• to prepare data for computer system and perform data input; to assist in the preparation of statistical reports and updating of file and inventory records;
• to assist in retrieval/shelving of records and related duties; to provide receipt and dispatch services;
• to assist in handling enquiries and complaints;. and
• to perform any other duties as required.

Qualification Requirements:

• Have Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including,
• Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent qualification, e.g. Level 2 or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE);-
• Have good Chinese and English word processing skills (Chinese: 30 words per minute and English: 40 words per minute) and computer operating knowledge (including MS Word and MS Excel);
• ·Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• one years' full time working experience in clerical preferably , preferably in government/ public sectors.
