Job Description
Job Summary
The Programme Coordinator reports to the CEO and Programme Manager. He/she will maintain the operation of the Guestroom, ImpactHK’s day center for the homeless. He/she will be the front person to greet our beneficiaries and assist the service delivery team.
Job Details
- Maintain the daily operation of the Guestroom, the day center for the homeless
- Provide assistance and information to beneficiaries, volunteers and other visitors in the Guestroom
- Assist in our services and activities to beneficiaries
- Perform administrative duties and provide clerical support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary education with minimum 3 years solid experience
- Experience in NGO setting is an advantage
- Energetic, cheerful, enjoy communicating with people
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proactive team player
- Ability to work under pressure and independently, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
- Good English and Cantonese communications skills
- Compassionate and empathetic to the situation of the homeless and the underprivileged in Hong Kong

It is an innovative and dynamic organization that has helped more than 200 people into shelter in just three years and supported many more with work, food and connection and community. It has a core team of seventeen staff, as well as employing eleven formerly homeless individuals part time.
