Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s inquiry and file quotation in details;
• Communicate with customer and overseas agents in accordance with existing company communication procedures and guidelines
• Attentive to details on customer requirements and expectation, based on which to execute and follow up customer’s shipment bookings in a professional manner
• Proactively provide constant update for the customer about the delivery status of their shipments
• Respond to shipment irregularities and offer possible alternative solutions to the client; Timely report and escalate to Management when there is any irregularity.
• Work as a team to assist supervisors and team members whenever needed.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Good knowledge in air and ocean freight forwarding and logistics will be an advantage. With 2-3 years customer service/operations experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry will be a plus.
• Good communications skills and telephone manner
• Good interpersonal skills and high team spirits
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, organized, responsible and independent
• Good problem solving skills and willing to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
• Work location: San Po Kong
