Job duties: 

• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for PRC properties;
• To keep up with the market trend or practice of property sales in China markets;
• Organize sales & marketing activities;
• Liaison with service providers such as advertising agencies, event management companies, designers, contractors and estate agents, etc;
• Handle potential clients / investors;
• Prepare marketing budgets, submissions and regular updates to management;
• Work closely with project teams in China.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of working experience with 6 years in management position in handling the sales of large scale residential and commercial projects in China;
• Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Good network of marketing partners, agencies, design houses and suppliers;
• Fluent English and Mandarin;
• Frequent travel to PRC is required.
