Role:

Responsible for Business support, pricing and routing of Voice & SMS products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to contribute to a strategic function in an organization that is transforming the way companies interact with their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supplier management within the telecommunications category with objective to monitor and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure competitive Pricing, while optimizing the product gross margin.
• Be accountable for monitoring pricing performance, conducting competitor analysis and suggesting cost savings or revenue opportunities that support M800 pricing strategy.
• Manage least cost/best quality routing for voice & SMS service
• Review their commercial terms of agreement and supplier rate list. 
• Interact with international telecom carriers and understand their product offerings.
• Support Business and Billing teams, to ensure the quality of pricing information and integrity of customer invoices.
• Assist Sales Managers in order placement including sourcing and ensure solutions are deliverable by provisioning team.
• Provide ad-hoc commercial support on customized/special pricing and cost optimization.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or related discipline
• Keen on figure analysis and pricing management 
• 2-3 year experience in an International Telecommunications environment is preferred
• High level Technical knowledge in data & voice communications is preferred
• Understanding of profit margin analysis and underlying product cost elements 
• Strong customer-orientated with ability to work as a team player 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Detailed oriented, well organized, initiative and able to work under pressure 
• Excellent analytical problem solving, communications and negotiation skills 
• Excellent written (English and Chinese) and oral communication (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
