Responsibilities:

As our Sales Team Head, you will be managing sales activities and leading a team of sales to offer a range financial products and services to cater clients’ investment objectives. Your responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Provide investment advice and market updates to meet clients’ interests & requests in a professional manner
• Devise sales strategies and lead the sales team to achieve assigned KPIs and expand existing businesses to a higher level
• Work with internal departments to implement selling procedures and policies
• Ensure the business is conducted in the most efficient manner and with proper compliance with regulatory requirements
• Organize and participate in marketing & sales campaigns , corporate meetings and other investor events
• To perform ad hoc projects assigned by top management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years of frontline sales experience in the financial industry with at least 5 years of management experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Cantonese, including Putonghua
• Existing institutional level connections and experience
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and business profitability
• Capable in generating brokerage commission by himself/herself
• Possess a high level of interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
• Sales-oriented, highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Holder of SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses is a MUST
