Job Duties

Sales Coordinator

• Provide support to business team by following up test requisitions and orders
• Communicate between sales, sample reception and laboratory team
• Execute administrative work of the sales department
• Assist in communicating with courier service
• Manage distribution of sales materials (e.g. brochures, promotional items)
• Communicate and coordinate with branch offices
• Perform targets assigned by direct superior

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma or above
• Proven experience in sales; 2+ years' experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent team development skills
• Occasionally travel is required
