Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •    Responsible for product selling and promotion through phone calls and face-to-face meeting with existing customers
  •    Acquire new customers for the company
  •    Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers
  •    Work closely with sales teams to upkeep customer repurchase
  •    Ensure customer satisfaction and assist in handling on-going Customer Services Satisfaction process
  •    Able to achieve aggressive sales and business performance targets

 

Requirements:

  •   F.5 or above
  •   Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer service experience
  •   Tele-sales or call center experience is also an advantage
  •   Proactive, strong interpersonal communications skill
  •   Aggressive and self-driven to achieve goals
  •   Good command of spoken and written Chinese
  •   Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Senior Customer Care Officer
