Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product selling and promotion through phone calls and face-to-face meeting with existing customers
- Acquire new customers for the company
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers
- Work closely with sales teams to upkeep customer repurchase
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist in handling on-going Customer Services Satisfaction process
- Able to achieve aggressive sales and business performance targets
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer service experience
- Tele-sales or call center experience is also an advantage
- Proactive, strong interpersonal communications skill
- Aggressive and self-driven to achieve goals
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Senior Customer Care Officer
