Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for mobile business operations including retails, channels and strategic partnerships
• Establish business plan and strategies to meet operational requirements
• Develop standards and procedures for business operations
• Refine operational processes that meet business needs across the organization
• Design and implement best practice workflow and process to ensure the operations effectiveness and alignment with company policy
• Liaise with different regulatory bodies to ensure the operations complying with any local regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance in preparing different management reports and business performance measures
• Work closely with product and marketing teams on continuous improvement, especially from operations perspective
• Analyze business operational results and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Solid experience from Mobile Network Operation with multiple operational functions
• Exposure in China market is a plus
• Experience in China Market or Mainland China Background is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a prerequisite for this role
