Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Sales Vice President to oversee the proper functioning of day-to-day operation of the Team and actively support top management’s strategy and direction to fuel the Company’s growth.
• Lead team to identify new business opportunities with new and existing advertisers
• Build sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities and managing/expanding existing customer relationships to maximize sales growth
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts
• Maintain professional and profitable relationships with key Media Agency clients

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Around 10 years of solid experiences background in B-to-B Sales Marketing with a fast-paced business environment, including minimum 3 years of supervisor experience
• Experience in advertising industry, OOH or digital signage background will be an advantage
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans through leading a strong sales team
• Detail-minded, and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
• Being strategic, effective consultative selling skills and excellent networking and relationship building.
• Responsible, aggressive, presentable and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin both in written and spoken
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
