Key roles and duties​:

- Assist Sales team to handle customer inquiries, prepare POC reports, quotations, and sales contracts.

- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing & shipment arrangements.

- Site visit (office building, mall, hotel, retail store, etc) to provide product training to the end users.

- Manage customer relationship periodically following up to collect feedback and new needs.

- Work closely with Sales team for supporting ad hoc duties when required.

- Travel to Macau for site visit when required.

Requirement:

- Higher Diploma or above in Business or related discipline.

- 3-5 years working experience or above.

- Cheerful personality, customer-oriented, self-motivated with excellent time management.

- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a must.

- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

- Immediate available is high preferable.
