Responsibilities

• To achieve assigned branch business targets with quality;
• To manage branch operation effectively including business development, provision of quality customer service, properly keeping of loans records, and maintenance of loan quality;
• To lead, motivate and train branch staff and ensure efficient operation of the branch in strict compliance with the Company's polices, internal control and all statutory requirements; and
• To devise and implement marketing campaign to expand client base.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• 3 years’ or more experience in personal loan industry of which latest 1 year at senior officer level;
• Good leadership, mature and able to work under pressure to achieve business target/goal;
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong marketing network &/or clientele &/or referral agent base.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Branch Manager.
