Telemarketer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•To contact existing Members to make arrangement for delivery of sampling product for a Global baby formula product

•To conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey

•No cold call or sales call

 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

•Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential

•Good interpersonal, communication and team skills

•Native Cantonese with good Mandarin, English

•Good PC knowledge and typing skills. Chinese typing an advantage

•Good knowledge of e-commerce an advantage

 

•Immediately available is highly preferred

•Fresh graduate applicant also welcome
