Job Description
Responsibilities:
This position will provide media analysis and deliver reports based on client's business needs.
1. Working with Sales
- Work closely with APAC sales team to understand client's business goal and objectives.
- Develop proposal based on client's requirement.
2. Media analysis
- Responsible to help with media monitoring and data analytics. Covering client's media exposure, competitor landscape analysis, insights and trends.
- Perform analysis of historical data, creating standardized dashboards and reports with the use of Cision's proprietary software or Microsoft Office applications.
3. Reports
- Responsible to deliver reports based on client's need and help produce insights that helps contributes to meeting client's goal.
- Ability to cater and meet client's reporting requirement and deadline.
4. Client Servicing
- Understanding client's requirement and delivering scope of work based on requirements.
- Handling of client feedback and queries and able to propose recommendations suitable to meet client's goal.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Statistics, Communications, Business or other related Social Sciences.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the related industry, including but not limited to media monitoring, market research and data analysis.
3. Highly proficient in spoken and written English, additional language would be added advantage.
4. Good analytical skill and ability to translate data into meaningful insights
