Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process including ordering, shipment follow up, logistic arrangement etc.
- Follow up sales inquiries and coordinate with customer
- Manage inventory to optimize the stock level that fulfills customer needs
- Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and sales campaign
- Daily communication on phone with retailers
- Conduct shop visits, and build good relationship with retail shop managers.
- Provide marketing material support to B2B and B2C channels
- Provide channels feedback to superior and update with-progress report for channels sales to follow up
- Create, maintain and manage the customer records regularly and accurately
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- 3 years telesales experience in mobile phone industry will be preferred
- Well-organized, self-motivated and with sensible marketing intelligence
- Good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English & Chinese
