Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Manage Hong Kong markets business development, including business planning, market development and operation, integrate resources to cooperate with key clients, and build up
local partners(large office buildings, commercial property, universities, hospitals and other resources, familiar with the region's major business district)
- Proactively plan, search and identify potential opportunities
- Responsible for all matters relating to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals
- Negotiate favorable terms with landlords.
- Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals & vendor agreement
- Work closely with other departments to implement new product ideas and improvements
- Assist marketing programs planning and implementation
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant education
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience in business development and retail leasing of F&B industry
- Presentable with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both languages
