Duties & Responsibilities

• To perform reception duties including telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors in professional manner
• Handling incoming and outgoing mails
• To provide general office administrative and clerical support 
• Contact with our client for renewal and/or addition of our services by phone call.
• Other ad-hoc assignments by supervisor

 Requirements

• DSE or above
• 1 year relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good telephone manner, polite, initiative and willing to learn
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered

 Working Location:

• Lai Chi Kok, Mongkok, Kwun Tong, Central, Causeway Bay

 Hourly wage for part-time position:

• $50 per hour
