Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Retail Manager to maximize sales and margin goals
• Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store
• Motivate employees to maximize team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations
• Assure staff is groomed, inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information
• Ensure superior customer service standards, through constant follow up with the team
• Maintain the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manner according to the guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder is highly preferred
• 3 years of solid experience in Retail management, preferred in luxury brand
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
• Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, VM and store operations
• Strong relationship skills to maintain long-term with clients
• Leadership, confidence, organization skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• A positive, outgoing, high energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused
