Job Description
Our client is a well-established company, who is looking for a Senior Customer Services Executive.
Responsibilities
- To handle general incoming phone and email enquiries
- To manage and retain the loyal group of customers
- To monitor delivery agent performance and take appropriate action to minimize the complaint rates
- To handle daily customers’ enquiries and complaints at set standard and quality
- To help drive telemarketing and partnership programs to acquire and retain the business growth
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with at least 4 years of working experience in customer services and account servicing
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Good communication with strong service manner and problem-solving skills
- Working on shift is required
