Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for property projects
• Liaise with business associate to prepare DMC and Pre-sales consent application, etc. 
• Coordinate sales activities including prepare and review of sales documents, and sales tool and sales brochures
• Responsible for monitor administration works including but not limited to PASP and ASP processing , PO follow up, inventory control, delivery and delivery and pricing management
• Handle Special case report
• Handle and follow up sales enquiries
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain and update e-filing system and database
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines 
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
• Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work overtime and irregular hours
