Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor telemarketers' performance and improve the sales achievements
- Set objectives for telemarketers and oversee daily operation
- Ensure high quality of services are provided
- Review on working procedures of staffs' productivity and sales achievement regularly
- Provide training to telemarketers to enhance the service quality
- Motivate staffs to achieve sales target and enhance job satisfaction
- Ensure all staffs are comply with the internal guidelines, legal
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or above
- At least 4 years’ telemarketing/ sales experience, supervisory/ team leading experience is a must
- Familiar with loan products
