Job purpose

To support the Telemarketing team in new business sales and retention activities in order to ensure an exceptional customer experience for our customers and achieve targets of new sales and renewal business.

Accountabilities and activities

• Handle customers’ calls to facilitate the enrolment process, follow up outstanding documents and answer enquiries
• Liaise with customers for policy renewal
• Involve in different marketing campaigns to promote Bupa’s products and services
• Provide customer-centric services in order to meet clients’ needs and expectations
• Actively develop and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients
• Collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development
• No cold calling involved and no personal network is necessary

To be successful in the position, you should have

• Tertiary education or equivalent qualification, satisfying the Insurance Authority insurance intermediaries licensing requirements (i.e. HKCEE 5 passes, including Chinese/English & Mathematics)
• 1 year or more related experience, insurance field would be an advantage
• Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
• Hands on MS Office knowledge
• Responsible, well organized and attention to details, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, driven individuals with an interest in the healthcare sector
• Persistent, outgoing, customer-oriented and warm personality
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Consultant
