Principal Responsibilities:

• Work in EasyHear Hearing Centres to provide professional consultation services to customers and resolve enquiries in an effective and professional manner
• Achieve targets for individual and team.  Assist in executing sales strategies relating to acquiring business to achieve the set objectives
• Independently responsible for after sales follow up activities and administrative tasks, handling phone in enquiries
• Support ad hoc projects and trade events
• Collect information from customers, report and propose actions to their respective team leaders in order to safeguard market share
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper service standard can be maintained

Basic Qualifications:

• Non-Degree Tertiary / Diploma in Business Admin / Marketing Management / Public Relation / Property Admin / E-Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with proven sales achievements 

Job Requirements:

• Have good telephone manner, customer focused mindset with effective communication skill
• Sound problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Self motivated, possesses good interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet operating skills
