Our client is a leading travel, hospitality and tourism group who is seeking a high caliber candidate to join its MICE/events team.

Main Duties:

• Develop, plan and executive sales strategies in events and MICE to generate revenue.
• Proven experience in the Meetings, Incentive, Conventions and Exhibitions sector in Asia
• Proven experience of developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
• Ability to quickly understand the opportunities and shape the role.
• Excellent knowledge of the Hong Kong Business Events landscape with a wide-ranging and well-established network of Hong Kong contacts among PCOs, and other buyers. 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate reports and execute clear presentations

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Possess 5+ years in sales and business development
• Strong in relevant travel industry sales and marketing strategies
• Strong experience in planning and leading projects.
• Posses strong leadership skills, well-organized and a proactive person.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and people management skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
